Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 29 July 2026

A short set of rules that keep the platform safe, fair and reliable for every student using it.

1. Prohibited activity

  • Illegal activity of any kind, or use of the Service to plan or support it.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats or abuse toward any person, including our support team.
  • Uploading or distributing malware, viruses or other harmful code.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or misuse of contact and support channels.
  • Attempting to access another user's account, data or files.
  • Uploading harmful, malicious or deliberately corrupted files.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping or probing the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Circumventing subscription controls, plan limits, paywalls or trial restrictions.
  • Automated or scripted abuse of AI features, including bulk generation beyond fair use.
  • Using AI features to produce work for submission as original without appropriate review, or otherwise to breach academic integrity.

2. Fair use of AI and storage

Every plan includes generous but finite AI and upload allowances so the Service stays fast and reliable for all students. Systematic attempts to exceed these limits, including sharing accounts, are a breach of this policy.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to warn, rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and to remove offending content. Serious cases, such as illegal activity, may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or a security issue to hello@northauracollection.com.
