Accessibility Statement

Last updated 29 July 2026

Studying is hard enough. The app should never be the obstacle — here is what we do and how to tell us when we fall short.

1. Our commitment

NorthAura StudyFlow should be usable by every student, including those who use assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA and treat accessibility problems as bugs.

2. What we have built in

  • Keyboard navigation across menus, dialogs, forms and the command palette, with visible focus states.
  • Screen-reader support through semantic HTML, labelled controls, ARIA roles and descriptive link text.
  • High-contrast light and dark themes that meet contrast targets for text and interactive elements.
  • Responsive design that works from small phones to large desktops, including bottom navigation on mobile.
  • Text that scales with browser and system font-size settings, without loss of content.
  • Reduced-motion friendly animations that stay subtle and non-essential.

3. Known limitations

Some AI-generated documents and uploaded PDFs come from third-party files whose structure we cannot control. Complex charts on the Progress page also include text summaries where possible; we continue to improve them.

4. Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is reviewed as part of new feature work, and we retest keyboard and screen-reader flows when core screens change.

5. Report an accessibility issue

Email hello@northauracollection.com or use the support form with the category "Accessibility". Tell us the page, the assistive technology you use and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
