Copyright Policy

1. What you may upload

• Your own notes, essays, drafts and recordings of your own work.
• Course material you are licensed or permitted to use for personal study.
• Openly licensed or public-domain material, used in line with its licence.

2. What you may not upload

Uploads are private to your account, but that does not create a right to copy material you are not licensed to use. Respecting copyright law remains your responsibility.

• Copyrighted textbooks, question banks, past papers or articles you do not have the right to use.
• Material shared with you under confidentiality or licence terms that forbid uploading.
• Content you intend to redistribute unlawfully.

3. You keep ownership of your work

You retain ownership of your original notes and documents. We only process them to provide the features you request, and you can delete them at any time.

4. Reporting a copyright concern

We review valid notices promptly, may remove or restrict access to the material, and may suspend repeat infringers. If your content was removed in error, reply to the same address to submit a counter-notice.

• Email hello@northauracollection.com with the subject "Copyright notice".
• Identify the copyrighted work and describe where the allegedly infringing material appears.
• Include your contact details and, where applicable, proof of your authority to act for the rights holder.
• Include a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
